Vettura visibile previo appuntamento a Bologna.

It's really hard to find cars like this so well preserved: we are pleased to present this Alfa Romeo Alfetta, 1.8 engine, first serie with the narrow shield, delivered to the first and current owner the 30th July 1973 by the eldest Alfa Romeo dealer in Bologna, "CAR", in the classic colour combination Blue Olanda with beige cloth interior.

The Alfetta represented the evolution of the old 1750 mid-range sedan, with high level technical specs as the De Dion rear axle with gearbox (for an ideal weight distribution), wide use of light alloy and the refined twin-cam 4 cylinder Alfa Romeo; the body wasn't built with the same attention as for the mechanics and steel panels usually got rusty very quickly. This is one of the reasons why it is more and more hard to find nowadays first serie Alfetta in good conditions.

The car was used as a family car up to the first 90's, alternated with other cars, before being fully restored: the body was restored, the interior was fully refurbished and the engine rebuilt. Since then, the car ran just 15.000 kms.

This Alfetta was periodically serviced with attention by the official Alfa Romeo service or by specialized mechanics. Together with the service book, the owner wrote into a diary all the works done on the car during the years.

The car comes with ASI homologation, owner manual, service book, invoices of the maintenance, original title, license plates and the precious handwritten diary with the notes written by the owner; there is as well the original roof rack.

The car could be seen in Bologna by appointment.
